Leucistic Birds have you seen any ?

Hello all,

Leucism is found in most if not all animals and birds, where colour pigment is missing resulting in pale or white instead of colour.
These are the leucistic birds that i've seen:

Curlew at Oare Marsh, Kent
Blackbird at Pulbourgh Brooks, W.Sussex
Oystercatcher at Farne Islands, Northumberland
Sedge Warbler at Rye Harbour, E.Sussex
Blackbird at Sevenoaks Reserve, Kent ( as photo )

Last year in May I saw this leucistic Black-headed Gull on Brownsea Island, but I think that's the only one I've seen. Apparently there's a leucistic blackbird living near my house, so I'll have to keep an eye out for it.

The only one that sticks in my mind is a leucistic red-crested pochard at the cotswold water park.......

Yes ther are a couple of leucistic Blackbirds that frequent the garden on a daily basis it threw me at first because the first time I saw them the first one only had a white band around the neck now some of them that caome into the garden have spots on them like a dalmation others look like some one cut loose with the peroxide

I've seen many leucistic Blackbirds + Crows over the years. Can also remember a leucistic Redshank, Jackdaw + Black-headed Gull.

I saw a Leucistic rook not far from my home. The kids at the local school feed it. He/she is quite a seleb in the village.

I've seen the usual leucistic Blackbirds and Crows but we also had a chaffinch in the garden last year.

There's a white starling at Capel Fleet on SHeppey at the moment.Not sure if it is leucistic of albino though. I've also seen pics of eucistic great spotted woodpeckers.

There are many Leucistic Jackdaws and Crows near me. I've also seen Blackbirds, a Dunnock, a Buzzard at Pontypool park and a Red Kite at Gigrin.
