Goldfinch with Tick problem

In the summer, I had spotted a Goldfinch with a steely blue lump on the side of it's beak, just under it's eye, and managed to take a few photos of it , the photos are not too good, but anyway I asked help from the RSPB and sent the best photo in asking what the cause could be for the lump and was informed that it was probably from a tick bite and the wound became infected, Question : how do I upload the photo so you guys can see it ?
do I put it in the Gallery or where,?

hmmm id like an answer to that question too... i think in general u put them in the image archive but there is a maximum size of pic so in my case cos my digitals quite high resolution i have to make them all smaller i accidentally tried uploading them into the other Gallery without realising that's for really good pics!! oops.
