Bird Attack

Sat this morning in the kitchen before going for hospital appointment watch a Crow dive bombing a herring gull sitting on the roof of the house at the back,it was comical to watch the crow kept on dive bombing the Herring gull and the gull trying to fend of the crow to no avail and no one would give up this went on for about 15 minutes

I once watched a similar duel between a stoat and a pied wagtail. The stoat in the undergrowth and the wagtail on the stoney beach. the stoat came out after the wagtail and it flew away so the stoat would run back into the undergrowth. Then the wagtail would dive into the undergrowth after the stoat that would then turn and chase into the open. this went on for ten minutes. The wagtail then flew off a way. a couple of minutes later it came back to have another go - I went on my way then it got a bit boring, neither seemed to want to give up their game.
