last bird off the day

Time 4-30pm looking out the window no other birds about all gone to roust. Then I see This little Robin Bobin about in the Garden.What is your last bird off the day.
Mine was the Robin.

Mine is nearly always a Robin. They tend to be the latest bird to go to roost. I understand they have a larger eye in comparison. That allows them to seek out food later in the day than most other species.

mine is always blackbird,jumps on the conservatory roof making a lot of noise with his feet as well as his beak,sounds like he is learning tap dancing,spooks the hell out of my two cockatiels because its right above their heads,this happens every night without fail,just befor it gets dark.
