| | | Waxwing in Nottinghamshire. A Waxwing has been sighted at Brierley Forest, Nottinghamshire only a couple of days ago. This is a site local to me, I think another visit there is called for. Not that I stand much chance, you never know though I might get lucky.  |

It's a good site for Yellowhammers, Bullfinches, Redpoll, Siskin etc.etc., so well worth going.  |

I shall keep my eye out locally, I saw them on the park before eating rowan berries. From a distance I thought what are those starlings doing in that tree and when I got closer I realised what they were  |
