They're barely back up to their pre-pesticide numbers. There only seems to be a lot because we have been bereft of them for 40+ years. It goes to show what healthy avian ecosystems we have.

Adam | There also seems to be a lot because they are quite obviously very adept in adapting to existence in and around humans and houses, unlike other BOPs.
