How long? - Hatching Eggs

I've looked in my books and asked people this but I think I'll ask 'you lot' instead. How long precisely does it take from the time a blue tit lays her eggs to hatching. The reason I need to know the timing is that my school's blue tit nesting box has a web cam installed and it is linked to our computer suite so I need to put a date up there ready for the big hatching event. It'll be the first time the kids will witness this and teachers run on timetables (even though nature probably won't I hear you say). ww

Thanks John. 12-16 days it is then. Hope the eggs are laid soon, the nest is built, downy feathers line the nest and I keep rushing in and out of the computer suite to keep progress!
