Hi Folks,
I was in the garden in cornwall and noticed a little bird in the hedge but couldnt see him properly.
Then he showed his face for a few seconds and i snapped him.
I can't seem to identify him from my books and online.
i got a few ideas of what he is but im not 100%
Could someone shed some light?

looks like a dunnock to me but I'm not a birder! Looks a bit apprehensive?  |

It's a Dunnock, also known as a Hedge Sparrow. They're nice little birds and you've captured it nicely.

Its either a hedge sparrow, a hedge accentor, a dunnock or Prunella modularis  |
