ID Ducks


Wildfowl photographed at the Dingle Nature Reserve in Anglesea, Wales in Oct 2007. Any help identifying would be appreciated! Thanks.

This is a Muscovy Duck - a native of South America, often domesticated

It's not a hybrid; just a domestic Muscovy Duck, with a Mallard with domestic genes in it too. Muscovies, as a wild bird also occur in central america as far north as southern Texas.
