Just sorting out my holiday photos from August!!! Remember taking a photo of this young bird but havent been able to id it. It kept flying off from its perch, change direction in mid air to then settle again, presumably catching something to eat but can't be sure about that. It was taken in North Wales along the banks of the Mawddach river. Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks Madz  |

Quite probably a Stonechat.

A difficult one given the distance. It says Chat to me, probably Stonechat.
