| | | "Tin" Woodpecker?? While walking down a local lane today I noticed a black woodpecker with red head, made out of what looked like a flat piece of tin plate (like a cut out) screwed to the wooden pole which carries the power lines to a village. it was about six feet from the top and had obviously been put there officially.
