It's a Ruff- always look like a small head on a large body with yellow/orange legs. Probably a female-Reeve as there's no sign of the male's exquisaite breeding garb. Nice photo! |

Also another good ID point for Ruff is the slightly down-turned bill.
Its well show on this photo.
