So I was unable to leave them where they were in their natural habitat because 1)-theyd already been moved and disturbed,
2)-because the council workers may be back again tomorrow to finish the damage(which would now be ilegal)&
3)-the bottle was exposed and vertical so it would fill with water.
So I took them home and put them in a suitable temporary container.
It seem to me Local Authorities shirk their legal duties towards wildlife to get jobs done and paychecks paid.
