Some of the goings-on at one of the UK's largest wildlife hospitals.
Here to help...
I work at one of the UK's largest Wildlife Hospitals & the main problem that I have found in my 24 years of dealing with injured wildlife is the difficulty in obtaining good advice about what to do, how to treat, what to feed etc etc.
When I started out I knew nothing at all but over the years we have built up, mainly through trial & error, a huge pool of knowledge about the subject.
We need more people to start helping Britain's sick & injured wildlife, & if I can give any advice at all to anyone starting out in this daunting subject, I am only too happy to help as I know how difficult it can be.
I will hopefully post regular updates on what is going on at our hospital, what is coming in, how we treat different casualties & what is eventually released.
I welcome any questions related to this subject...
