Introduction to my blog

Hello,
This is my first blog post on Wild About Britain and, indeed, anywhere on the Internet, so it will take a while for me to get the hang of it...but I have now made a start!
I live in a large garden in Winchester, Hampshire, with lots of trees & bushes, a big expanse of lawn, and a small pond, all of which makes it a haven for wildlife of all sorts.
I take lots of photos of our wildlife and hope to upload several per week to my blog together with information on species shown, behaviour seen, etc.
We also go on numerous drives in the countryside and I will be put my favourite animal photos on here for you to see. We have a week's holiday in Kent each year and I will be uploading my best pictures of the ducks, chickens, alpacas, guinea-pigs, etc which are kept at the working farm we stay at!
