What's this bird?

This little bird (about robin sized) comes into my garden a lot, but I can't identify it. It has a buff chest with very distinct speckles (almost stripes) and it has dark stripes on the crown and back. Filght is undulating and shows a white stripe on each side of the tail.

Oh, and it 'trots' rather than hops.
