Blue Tit nest

Installed my first one a couple of months back and the birds took no time at all to make it their home.
11 eggs laid. 10 Hatched a couple of weeks back. Traumatised by the first death yesterday, looks like a couple more have died now as well. Said a little prayer for all of them!
Determined that a few will make it!
Next year I wanna install a camera in a bigger box, perhaps lure in an Owl/Kestral/Sparrow hawk. Need a cheap option if anyone has any ideas? My blue tit box was 100 odd quid from the local garden center.
