Late last year my neighbour planted a eucalyptus tree, roughly 2 metres from the front of our house. She also planted some Leyland trees about 5 metres and some conifers about 2 metres from the back of our house.
The soil our home is built on is clay and there has been problems with subsidence to other properties in our street in the past.
Our neighbour does not will not acknowledge the problem.
Is there any planting law which can help us.
Although we love trees and as much surrounding greenery as possible, obviously not at the expense of our home!
