todays flurry however was 18 female B. pallida from gall 8, with yesterdays 10 that make 28 from the one gall. | Wild Member | | Comments 0

gall 1 - 1 large larva, possibly hymenopteran
gall 2 - 1 large larva, as above
gall 3 - 1 large larva, as above
gall 4 - 1 large larva, as above, and 3 male Biorhiza pallida
gall 5 - 31 female B. pallida
gall 6 - 1 large larva, as above
gall 7 - 2 female B. pallida

one more male Biorhiza pallida from gall 4 (the previous entry stated gall 6 but should have been gall 4)

9 female Biorhiza pallida from gall 5 and 2 male from gall 6.
gall 7 released another large larva the same as those before but on a closer look I am not so sure that they are beetle larva, because they do not have legs.
