Went for a walk around Frame Heath Inclosure, Hawkhill Inclosure, & Frame Wood first thing this morning.
Sika hinds were all over the place & a herd of Fallow was in Hawkhill Inclosure.
The other highlights today was a Woodlark doing his song-flight on the clear-fell area at the end of Frame Heath Inclosure & a large flock of Reed Buntings.
Also seen & heard:
Great Spotted Woodpeckers
Green Woodpecker
Great Tits
Blue Tits
Buzzard
Marsh Tit
Siskins
Crossbills
Wood Pigeons
Stock Dove
Nuthatches
Mistle Thrushes
Song Thrushes
Robins
Wrens
Redwings
Goldcrests
Coal Tits
Chaffinches
Treecreepers
Blackbirds
Jays

| | I think the Woodlark's song flight is something I'm going to have to try and see soon, I think I went a bit too late in the day last time I saw them. |
