At the moment there's an icy rain falling, coupled with an idle wind....best look out my thermals!

|  | | I HAVE to make the effort to get outside and tidy up today. Luckily you can be a bit lazy with a wildlife garden but Lily the dog keeps eating the weeds that are growing against the fence on the driveway (I must remember to take a pic of them and post for an ID on wab!)
The greenhouse is bulging with stuff I've just chucked in, which would be ok with a shed but aint a good look with glass walls.

|  | | The bird feeder ended up in a heap yesterday, tipping out most of the sunflower hearts into the border (why is it always the most expensive stuff???) I just hope the hedgepigs got to it before the rats did last night.
Never buy those ridiculous pop up cold-frames; they collapse under the weight of rain (and snow presumably) and the same winds that felled the feeder sent both of mine sailing off; one of them I thought gone for good but I've heard reports that the next-door-but-one neighbour... | Active Member | | Comments 0
