What bright 'light' did I see?

This is probably going to sound really stupid, but at around 09:20ish I was outside and looked up at the moon. Almost directly below it but slightly to the right I saw a very bright, what I presume was a star maybe?? Anyone able to tell me what I might've seen?

Sorry I don't know how far below the moon it might've been.

We "Star-Charted" that last night and it said it was Jupiter! I had my bins with me, and yes, all moons present and correct (thankfully).

An Android app called Star Chart (I think). The planets are in similar positions, but I think the moon can be quite shifty.

Jupiter has been in Conjunction with the moon the last few days with only a few degrees apart...

I have Google Sky Map installed on my phone. It's free and really user friendly.

Look to the southwest in the early evening and you can also see Venus.
