That web site predicts the end of the world next year, on the winter solstice (21st Dec 2012). So it's just about exactly one more year before life is extinguished on this planet. December 22 is a Solstice Day in 2011

Although I do like winter, it's always nice to know that we've passed the longest day - it means we're getting closer to the dragonfly flight season!
As for the world ending on 21st Dec 2012...
