Sir, can you recommend a site that sends you an easy to understand email to tell you something interesting is coming up in the night sky, without innundating me with bumph? I don't search the skyward forums each day but I do check my emails.  Cheers, Tony. |

I don't know of an email service for interesting objects, but you could try the following.
Don't know how may browsers you have on your PC, but if there is only one, then download another.
Make an astronomical site (eg Heavens Above) the home page of this browser.
Then a click on the icon for this browser would give you the up to date info on the skies each day and your usual browser would be left for all your normal stuff.
