That was one of the most beautiful sequences I've ever seen. Tell me, does that ghostly strip which follows the curvature of our planet denote the atmosphere? If so, it's also one of the scariest sequences I've ever seen. If that's all that stands between us and the endless vacuum of space, how'd we sleep at night? Amazing!

That is great. The aurora and lightning were brilliant.
I could identify some parts of the land but wonder what was the wiggly browny/orange line that first appeared at about 3:47 and again at 4:37.

What amazing phoyography.Never seen that before.will have to watch again pausing to try and recognise the constellations of stars.Shows up all that light pollution as well.....Well Done Cordaline For the thread and link.

Dave | It looks like the section of the Great Wall of China north of Beijing (the touristy bit that is floodlit).
