| | | Re: crescent moon In addition to our moon - last night I managed to image Jupiter + 4 moons, Uranus+ 2moons and Neptune + moon Triton - a total of 8 moons all via same scope and thus to same scale !
Uranus and Neptune are overexposed in 3s exp each whilst Jupiter + moons and our Moon in 1/1000s |

Tonight's [Wed Nov 9] moonrise [alt ~6deg] via finderscope.  Planet Jupiter was a degree or so lower right and both worth a view with binos etc |
