| | | Recommend an App for sky star watching? Hi All,
I have just bought my first 'i' thingy, and have seen a couple of times comments about people using an app for sky watching etc, can anybody make any suggestions, I only bought an I touch, not an Ipad though.
Thanks in advance! |

| | | Re: Recommend an App for sky star watching? The OH has "Star Chart". I do like it. But it's not much fun star gazing in London though, not when you've seen the stars in the Dales or somewhere, so we don't use it much. |

| | | Re: Recommend an App for sky star watching? Star Walk is absolutely the best. I use it on my Ipad but it is also avaiable for Itouch & amazingly only costs £1.79. Fantastic value for money.
To qoute the blurb "Star Walk enables you to point your iPhone at the sky and see what stars, constellations, and satellites you are looking at in real-time. Please note, you will need a 3GS/4/4th gen iPod Touch for motion tracking, otherwise this app will be just a beautiful info-packed time-sensitive interactive star atlas that allows you to set your location manually to give you the most accurate picture"
