Why the BBC had to spoil yet another Astronomy programme by casting someone like John Culshaw in the presenting line up, I'll never know! 
Poor Sir Patrick.
You could barely understand a word he said with his dentures flapping around like that.
A national treasure he is. One can only aspire to know as much as him.
A milestone programme indeed.

88 years-old and 54 years of the Sky at Night. He has missed only one programme (in July 2004) when he had near-fatal food poisoning.
