I linked a few links in a previous post Personally if its a Kp index the best one is found on Kjell Henriksen Observatory (KHO) this is basically real time

Been exploring the possibility of trying some motion time lapse photography recently and came across this video of the Aurora that might be of interest, pretty spectacular.
