I think you are mixing up stars and sheep, tufftie.
Yes I think it MUST be sheep that Tufftie means. I have 3 sheep here. They ALWAYS tinkle when it's windy weather (they tinkle at other times too) and in wet weather (like now) they are low and huddled together.
Works for me!!
