Unlikely to please picky Leitz users hereabouts;-)

| | | Re: Lidl Rocktrail 10x50 Binoculars I'm pretty sure that these are a re-badged version of the Bresser 10x50 which Lidl have previously sold.
They have BAK4 Prisms and, for this money, are very good value indeed!
Great for just leaving in the car for when something unexpected can be seen.
(The same model direct from Bresser retails at about £55.00).
Regards,
Mike. |

| | | Re: Lidl Rocktrail 10x50 Binoculars Thanks for that
My local Lidls [Leatherhead Surrey] has plenty of another Rocktrail binocular @ £14.99 eg zoom 10-30x60 eg larger aperture and zoom eyepieces, case, lens cleaning cloth.
Quick view through them in store looked good although zoom eyepieces seems to have smaller apparent field-of-view to fixed magnification bins.

| | | Re: Lidl Rocktrail 10x50 Binoculars I picked up a pair of bino's at a charity shop and it was clear the columnation was shot so the lady let me have them for free.
In 'the shed' I hacksawed them in half, installed a brass tube for focussing as the screwthread arrangement was no longer viable, now I have two mononoculars. Lightweight when taking on holiday and focusses down to next to nothing! Cheers, Tony. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
