Ok so when i was a kid.....Astronomer woman/expert Heather Cooper was on sat morning tv ( going live i think or one of those) and doing a live question phone in ( i also met her at greenwich doing a lecture in the planetarium thing).
So i called in and asked why the large orange HARVEST moons look so big? and she told me live on tv the part that your all laughing about? Its an optical illusion and if you look at it from between your legs it looks normal.
Dont go trying it tonight with the full moon as as pointed out by you all it will look the same just upside down , its the HUGE red harvest moons you get at certain time of the year? |

I told some of my friends about it a few days ago, and they were in stitches trying to imagine me testing the theory and said they would be waiting for a newspaper headline- Ryedale woman found in pecular position.
Maybe the fact that it should be done on a full moon has something to do with it. Sanity wise!
Tinkerbell | A bit akin to that avice to cyclists to look back under your right for traffic behind you .... I have only ever tried this once. |
