| | | Re: Perseid Meteor Shower Was great a couple of years back, went to the top of the Ashdown Forest to view them to avoid light pollution, and to get a bigger area of sky (too many trees in Sussex!) .. they were every 10 mins or so

I'm laying out in my garden on my sunlounger, with a hot cup of tea  I'm surprised how dark the sky is, even with the light pollution from my garden (I've got quite a few of those solar lights around ..!) There are a few wisps of cloud around, but not so much as to obscure the stars for long.
