| | | Noctilucent cloud storm continues Virtually a nightly dusk and dawn display of noctilucent cloud and very bright - the brightest I've seen ever in a decade of NLC watching and virtually overloading the camera in auto night-mode setting These shots taken from the bedroom windows last night [left] and at dawn this morning - enjoy
PS: as NLC first seen in the 1800s - are they an indicator of global warming beginning in the industrial revolution?

I've been looking into the Western sky after sunset for the last week or so, but not seen anything!

Jim | Hi Jim,
You need to look due North at around 11pm ish onwards. Just after sunset in the west is the wrong direction and wrong time as it needs to be reasonably dark to see them.
Cheers,
Adam

The weather doesn't look too promising for the next few nights.
