Not sure it affects me but when I worked in care homes we often commented that it seemed to affect the residents there. I've no doubt there is something in it.

Re: does a full moon have an effect on you ??

Havent felt anything hehe but just wanna share this not so funny experience I had when I was still little.

When I was about 12 I tried makin my own telescope out of the lenses(?) of my old binocular and short pole. I woke up at 4am and tried my new toy.As i was starin at the moon I noticed what I first thought was 'ridges' on the moon. i got so excited that I shaked everybody up on their sleep to tell them of my 'discovery'. A week later I realized they were just dusts on the lens. so lame

Re: does a full moon have an effect on you ??

I get nightmares when the moon shines in my window if that counts.

Thing is it doesn't have to be a full moon.

Re: does a full moon have an effect on you ??

I used to know a whole family of very sober minded teetotal careful considerate people who upon a full moon and a South wind turned into raging Alcos. Bernd would drink 4 to 5 bottles of Brandy in one sitting, Hilda made the local publicans lives hell, Ernst had a passion for all things sweet and high percent and I won't talk about Helli's alcoholic cravings. None of them seemed to get drunk tho, which was why most folks stayed home and avoided the local bars then, the family expected you to keep pace.
So yep, I think the moon does affect some folks a great deal. Me, I'm just yer average blood-crazed raving-rampaging gore-bedecked slavering howling-mad sheep-slaughtering hairy beastie wiv lotsa teef, the moon doesn't trouble me much.

Re: does a full moon have an effect on you ??

Well I love a full moon And I love to sleep with the window open and the moon full on my face - I get the best nights sleep and wake energised. I will even go and sleep cock-eyed across the spare bed in the back room in order to get the moon on my face ......... One holiday in a Cornwall a few years ago Sept coincided with a huge-looking full moon and I felt really well and full of energy, plus with the window open wide I could hear the waves from the nearby beach
