Yes - Mercury and Venus are within the earth's orbit and continually exhibit moon-like phases  Planets Mars, Jupiter and Saturn [beyond the earth's orbit] appear like the full moon all the time.

ps:shame about the cirrus contrails from jets inward bound to Europe from the States - I'm advised this effects global warming but flying higher would reduce this as the contrail don't form |
