| | | auto-telescope on show Attended the European Astrofest London today. Here's a video clip of the new Meade ETX-LS 6" scope on display that will be of great help to newcomers to astronomy eg it automatically sets itself up for viewing the nightsky and 'knows' where everything in the sky is with just a flick of one switch.
All the planets, comets, asteroids and 1000's of deepsky nebulae/galaxies etc viewable. Also includes many 'tour' options with spoken commentary of what's on view through the eyepiece If it works well this could be breakthrough in telescope design.
Longer video of almost everything eg scopes, cams etc on show at Astrofest in prep | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
