hi, i am new here, please could any1 tell me if there have been any sightings of the northern lights, ever in sussex uk, many thanks

Some members have seen them in Dover and Dorset, so I imagine there would have been sightings in Sussex:

This site's excellent for aurora info. and you can register to get them to email you if there's a possibility of seeing aurora in the U.K.

Welcome to AuroraWatch

Aurora is very much dependent on sunspot activity and I believe we're in a period of low activity, so the likelihood of seeing aurora now is low.
