Hi Guys
A friend of mine, who I studied with in France last year, and who I work beside, contacted me earlier about a place in Scotland that he has connections with. It looks like a fantastic piece of land with plenty of opportunities for fantastic photography of rare species.
The owners of this prestigious property are committed to preservation and captive breeding with a successful Capercaillie program amongst other schemes.
They are currently running a photography competition.
First prize is a free week on the ready-made holiday of your choice in 2006 or 2007 (subject to availability).
Second prize is 2 nights B&B in the House of Aigas for one.
For those under 16, the childrens' prize is a free week for 1 child and 1 accompanying adult in the Nature's Child programme.
I am sure one of you guys could win this comp so I have contacted Stuart and he is fine for me to mention this opportunity.
The site is
http://www.aigas.co.uk and the photography competition is on the home page.
Good luck everyone
p.s.
I fit nicely in a holdall and am happy to help carry binos and camera gear
