| Look out on 14/15 March Over the night of 14/15 March there will be a penumbral eclipse of the Moon, when the moon passes into the outer, fuzzy, edges of the shadow of the Earth. It won't be particularly spectacular, as the Moon will still be partly lit by the Sun, and the Moon will just look a bit dimmer than usual. Lasts from about half past nine on Tuesday evening till about two on Wednesday morning, for those of you who want to brave the cold.
