I think its great how more and more people are waking up to the wonders of wildlife and discovering how fascinating they are. I have just been for a walk in my local woods and have noticed that the landowner has put up several nest boxes around the wood to help the nesting birds. He also leaves lots of dead wood standing and because of that you can find all three species of woodpecker in the wood
. It is really great to realise that your local landowners care about the wildlife as it alows the number of species to grow in your local area
