If you have never heard the name, and they aren't featured in the good Astronomy magazines then the best advice is to avoid them like the plague. E-bay has been a very good source to me, I have bought a couple of EXT's [a 90 and a 150] from sellers in the UK and from America a few Tele-Vue Nagler eyepieces in 2" and 1 1/4" , a helical focusser, a Green dot Laser pointer and sundry other items, so plenty of savings to be made. If you buy from that source then do ask questions first and stick to sellers with 100% or close to feedback. |
