Stover Country Park
Habitats and Wildlife

I have only been a couple of times. The first time was when a Sora stayed there for a few days towards the end of January 2000. It looks a fairly impressive place but I didn't get too much when I last went. Apart from the Sora I did manage a Water Rail a Jay and a marsh Tit but the rest were only common birds, and only a few of those.

Cheers John.

The species list looks very impressive. The Heath Fritillary jumped out at me. There must be pretty special habitat there for that.
