Hi Boddie,
I grow chillies,Tomatoes, flowers, ect, all from seeds and all in multi purpose compost. Then when the weather took a turn for the worst I coverd my gunera with used compost to keep it warm and protect it thorough the worst of the weather. I also use used compost as a multch on the garden as we live in a heavey clay area to add nutrients back into the soil and to help break up the clay. |
