I always liked Linnet for a girl (there was a kids program with a girl called linnet when I was growing up) plus it can be sortened to Lin which is then a little more mainstream. and I like Arum (which kind of aounds like Aron) or Leon for a boy - leo obviously in reference to a lion (plus I love the film 'leon')
or penelope (wigeon) Prunella (dunnock) both of which can be shortened to pretty names ? |
