well...... there aren't exactly a lot of hills in East Anglia, that's a lot of kids that don't get to go sledging, I can see that there would be a market for this kind of thing. Plus although the
Great Crested Newt is indeed protected East Anglia has quite a healthy population of them and I can imagine it must be difficult to find a site without any GCN,
Badger or bat related issues particularly a large one.
