I hope he does as there are some excellent places around Liverpool. There was one excellent reserve at Seaforth docks that is now closed to members of the public (with the exception of a select few). The reason is because of possible terrorist activity going unseen around the ports.
Crosby Marina is next door to it plus there are many more place in close proximity to Liverpool.
