We don't have a cookery forum on WAB but I thought I would start this message thread here.
Now sometimes my culinary skills are questioned but preparing a dinner from roadkill victims is probably even beyond me

Those that can receive BBC3 may wish to tune in tomorrow at 9 p.m. to "The Roadkill Chef" .... Fergus Drennan attempts to change the eating habits of an entire town in Kent by throwing a feast for the community using only ingredients he has foraged from the area.
For those that are squeamish, I suggest that you have your normal dinner before the 9 p.m. watershed
