Well, actually not so green! Rushed around at the end of the day for some fresh vegetables from a well known supermarket, got home and slapped a meal together. As I was waiting for the results of my cullinary skills (Mmm) I was shocked to find out where they'd come from.
Kenya! Yes Kenya! Can you believe that? Fresh green beans from Kenya!
Lesson learnt here methinks. Always look at the packet, even if you're in a rush-I usually try to get as close to home as possible, farm shop etc. Don't buy fresh in a packet either-all that flippin packaging! All that fuel burnt, bringing us our dinner! Shame. Slap my wrist please.
Sorry planet Earth. Won't do that again.
