I have just seen my first
snipe YESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!
I decided to have a look at what was in my local woods today so I walked up and just as I was getting to the woodland edge among some birch trees a
snipe erupted out from almost under my feet and flew incredibly fast off into another part of the wood. I was a bit suprised as I thought snipe lived near lakes and rivers and this wood is about half amile from a River.
